Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from the app. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you go back to the Free plan, your website stays online at yoursite.monsiteo.com.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like. Yearly plans are paid for one year and give you two months free.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans can be tried for free for 14 days, with no credit card. At the end of the trial, you choose to continue, or your website goes back to the Free plan.
Is the domain name included?
Connecting your domain and the SSL certificate are included. You buy or renew the domain name itself with the registrar of your choice (around €10 per year for a .be).
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, via Stripe, our secure payment provider. A proper invoice is sent for every payment.
What is the Custom plan?
Our team designs your website with you: copy, photos, layout, search visibility. You receive a quote after a first conversation, then you manage your website with Monsiteo.
